Conclusion of contract
These Terms of Use apply for all orders that you place on 3D-Mapper.com.
3D-Mapper.com is an online service for digital maps. The map offerings on 3D-Mapper.com represent a binding offer. Indicating payment details and clicking the order button you are accepting the offer for conclusion of a sales contract.
Please make sure that you have appropriate software to open the compressed ZIP files, as well as the graphics therein. The download links are available for at least 7 days after purchase for single or multiple download.
Quality of the map datas
3D-Mapper.com have no direct influence on the map data sources and take no responsibility for the quality or correctness of the data. You have the opportunity to preview the maps before buy.
No warranties
The map data are provided “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, express or implied. By using the data you confirm you have verified the quality of the data in the preview and you accept it is of sufficient quality for your use case.
Use of the free 3D Map snapshot
The free 3D Map snapshot is legally usable for:
- non-commercial personal projects
- evaluation and education purposes
- open-source and open-data community project websites
and only in conjunction with a visible attribution (see below).
Any other use (esp. integration with applications deployed in production, use of the map data in commercial products, mobile apps, official institutional web portals, websites with advertisement, etc.) requires the purchase of a product and must be in agreement with the term of use of the respective map source data (see below).
Use of 3D-Mapper data

Private use credits If you purchase credits with the option for private use (Starter, Eco), you may only use our data in your private projects and for educational purposes.
Commercial use credits If you purchase credits with the commercial use option (Business) you get the right to use our data in your products. You are authorized to use the data to create one single end product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for free. If you want to resell the data to other clients, please contact the support. There are no restrictions on the type of usage. Feel free to use your paid map sets in your free or commercial apps, in embedded devices, to create print products, video recordings, etc.
Copyright and attribution requirement
For an electronic 3D map the attribution should appear in the corner of the map. Visible map attribution “© MapTiler © OpenStreetMap contributors” with appropriate links is required to be displayed on each map (the “© MapTiler” attribution exemption can be granted for a yearly fee. Please contact support.).
For printed maps, images or video recording a similar attribution should be made in a clearly visible textual description near the map, in the same fashion as if you cite a photograph.
Credits
You may transact on the 3D-mapper.com website in Credits. All Credits, including Promo Credits, have no monetary exchange value outside of our website and may not be resold or traded. All Credits, including Promo Credits, will automatically expire and cease to have any value upon termination or expiration of these terms of 3D-mapper.com.
Purchased Credits. You may obtain Purchased Credits through accepted methods of payment. If you buy any Purchased Credits by using a credit or charge card or an online payment account, you warrant that you are the account holder or has the authority to use the credit card or account, that the billing information provided is accurate, and you authorize us to charge the designated credit or charge card or online payment account for the total amount of the purchase, including any sales or similar taxes. We may require a minimum purchase of Purchased Credits per transaction. Purchased Credits are non-refundable and will automatically expire and cease to have any value upon the closure date.
Offered Credits. Offered Credit value is subject to change.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these terms of 3D-mapper.com, you may never redeem Offered Credits for cash, and may only use Offered Credits for transactions on the Website.
Offered Credits will automatically expire and cease to have any value upon the Closure Date. The Closure Date is 356 days after purchase. The Closure Date of all purchased credits extends to the date of the last purchased credit + 365 days.
Right of revocation and refund rules
3D-Mapper.com offers only customized, individualized digital products that are not fit for product return. Therefore a change, revocation or refund is not possible.
In case of a purchase process not being completed within our responsibility, the purchase price will be refunded promptly and completely. (Please note that you are not allowed to use digital map files of refunded purchases in any way.)
Limitation of liability
Except to the extent prohibited by law, in no event shall the 3D-Mapper.com team be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages (including lost profit or lost data) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of our data or software, whether based in warranty, contract, tort or other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
Place of jurisdiction
Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes resulting from this contract is the business location of 3D-Mapper.com in Berlin (Germany).
